To activate browsing log tracking, install the "Activity Tracking" app from the incwo store. Once installed, it will be accessible directly from your interface via the app's "Home" page.
1. App functionality
The "Activity Tracking" app lets you consult user activity on your management software in real time.
Thanks to a detailed table, you can trace the actions carried out, with a precise view of :
- Who: the user concerned
- What and when : the action performed and its time stamp
- On which IP: the associated IP address
2. Types of actions displayed
The tracking table shows three types of line according to activity:
- Modification of an existing object: Display a direct link to the object concerned, with its name for quick identification.
- Creation of an object such as new contacts, companies, cases or tickets etc. (which are not numbered and indexed before validation): Displays the link to the object created, without the URL to avoid any errors or unintentional duplication.
- Browsing other pages: Displays the URL of the page visited.
The IP address of each action is indicated on the right-hand side of the table, enabling precise and secure tracking.
3. Activity view: recent and archived
The app offers two consultation modes:
- Recent activity: display logs for the last 4 days for real-time monitoring.
- Archives: access to complete history
These two views make it easy to manage the traceability of actions over different periods.
4. Data search and filtering
For fast, targeted analysis, a search box lets you filter activity according to several criteria:
- By user : consult the actions carried out by selecting a member of your team.
- By page visited: find a navigation based on an object name, ID or type.
