With the "Social Network" app, you'll find a corporate news feed where everyone can publish and interact.
Directly integrated into your software, it lets you publish internal information, make announcements to the whole team, share success stories, distribute documents and comment on ideas.
The "Social Network" is a user-friendly internal communication space for strengthening team collaboration and cohesion, available on all subscription packages.
Once the "Social Network" app is installed, a new "Journal" icon appears on the top-right menu.
With the "Social Network" app you can :
- Publish text messages to inform your colleagues or share ideas on news related to your profession, your business, your competition, your market, your customers!
- Share images (photos, visuals, captures) to illustrate your publications.
- Attach files for documents, presentations and internal reports
- Comment on posts to react, discuss and enrich exchanges.
- Like posts and comments to value and encourage contributions.
How does it work?
1. Access the Social Network
Click on the "Social network" menu in your incwo bar. It is represented by the newspaper icon in the top right-hand corner of the menu bar.
Clicking on this menu takes you directly to the news feed shared by your entire team.
2. Create a publication
To add a new post, position yourself in the entry box for a new publication or click on "create a post" in the page's shortcut block.
- Write your text message
- Add images or a file by clicking on the associated buttons to integrate the content into your message.
- Validate your message by clicking on "Publish".
Your message appears instantly in the feed
3. Take part in the discussion
React to our publications!
- Like posts or comments to show your support.
- Comment to react, share your ideas or ask questions.
- Fuel the conversation to make the news feed more lively and collaborative.
4. Stay connected to your network
You're notified when someone posts a new message or interacts with your posts.
Notifications are only sent to "Manager" and "Collaborator" users (not to accounting or external profiles) in the following cases:
- New post: all managers and team members receive a notification
- New comment: the author of the post and those who have already commented receive a notification (if managers/collaborators).
- Like: the author of the post or comment receives a notification (if manager/collaborator)
