The"insertion order" application lets you create, print and email your insertion orders.
Activation of the"Insertion order" application adds a new "insertion order" function to the"Sales" menu.
To create, print and send an insertion order, click on"Add an insertion order".
The application lets you quickly compose and print your insertion order using data already stored on your Virtual Desktop:
- Your products in the catalog
- Your company details
- The contact details of your customers/prospects, in your sales contacts
Your printed insertion order contains all your company's legal information.
Insertion orders are automatically numbered and dated. Your insertion order can be transformed into an invoice with a single click.
The creation of an insertion order, like that of a quotation, invoice, purchase order or delivery note, takes place in two stages.
- First enter the characteristics of your sales document and your contact details , then validate.
- Then save the list of insertions, mentioning the distribution dates for each one.
