Are you looking for a date-based view of your business, invoices, timesheets, projects, etc., and want this activity review to be generated automatically over defined periods?
With the"Automatic exports" app, schedule your data exports weekly or monthly, on the date of your choice.
By activating the"Automatic exports" app, you can program data export lists from the"Data export and import" menu in the"Configuration" tab.
To schedule exports, click on the green"Auto Exports" button on the "automatic exports" line.
In the export form :
- Select the data to be exported
- Choose the format of the document you wish to receive
- Set the export period: date and time
The"automation" field of the form allows you to :
- Enter export recipient
- Specify the day you wish to receive information: every Monday, every Tuesday, the first of the month...
- Define the exporttime, i.e. the time at which the data taken into account in the export will be stopped.
