Activating the app enables you to set up data sharing for each distributor, franchisee or affiliate with your company, and access them from your management application.
Your management and network data are clearly differentiated in your application.
Go to the app's "Home" page to set shared objects.
With this app, you can access the following data on your network members:
- Contact
- Quote
- Bills
- Business
- Treasury
- Production files
- Product catalog
- Tasks
- Calendar events
- Parks and vehicles
For each distributor, franchisee or affiliate, check the list of objects for which you wish to upload data to your application.
You can set and display the contractual notice authorizing you to access this data.
You have a new selection field named"Data source".
- in the object search engine (quotes, invoices, contacts, deals)
- in dashboards
- in export
This selection allows you to call up the company data you wish to view. The default selection displays your own data.
