Would you like to customize the content of your exports?
With the "Export Builder" app, create your own customized export library!
Choose the content of each export and customize the order of columns in the exported file.
Activating the app allows you to compose your exports and select the order and content of the exported data.
In the Export Center, to create a customized export profile :
- Check the type of data to be exported (quotes, invoices, etc.).
- Click on the"Edit a format" link that appears on the data line: this link lets you add and compose your format.
- Click on the "+" button in the blue export format creation banner.
- Give your profile a name and select the content you want for your custom format
- Confirm to save
To define the contents of your file format :
- Delete the data you do not wish to keep by clicking on the delete cross to the right of each column title.
- Order the data by taking and moving the column title names. To do this, position yourself on the area containing the small dots, in the column title block, click and position the column in the order in which you wish it to be exported.
For each object, you can choose and store several customized export formats, creating your own customized export library.
