Would you like to display certain custom fields on the PDFs of your sales documents?
With the"Custom fields on PDF" app, print custom fields on PDFs of your quotes and invoices.
Activating the :
- Adds a new setting to custom fields. The"Displayed in PDFs" checkbox lets you designate that the field content will be displayed on the PDF of your document.
- Integrates fields marked "Displayed in PDFs" in the PDF of your quotes and invoices.
Custom field information is added below the quote or invoice title.
Selecting the "Displayed in PDFs" checkbox of a custom field automatically applies the display of the information contained in this field to all PDF printouts of the object concerned.
App settings: Several options are available on this app.
- Choose whether or not to display custom fields that are empty.
- Consider that custom fields of the "Checkbox" type with value have not been set.
- Set the display of custom fields on PDFs by sales document. For example, a custom field in the company file that you choose to display on invoice and quotation PDFs, but not on delivery notes. If this setting is not activated, the software displays the custom field on all PDFs by default.
