The application lets you quickly compose and edit your loan voucher using data already stored on your Virtual Desktop:
- Your products in the catalog
- Your company details
- The contact details of your customers/prospects, in your sales contacts
Your printed loan application contains all the legal information required on a commercial proposal.
Loan vouchers are automatically numbered and dated.
The creation of a loan note, like that of an estimate, invoice, purchase order or delivery note, is a two-step process.
- First, enter the characteristics of your sales document and your contact details , as well as the loan end date, then validate.
- Then enter the list of products on loan and the quantities.
The progress mode lets you monitor the status of your loan. The default mode is drafting. Change the status when the situation of your loaned product changes:
- Mark"under appraisal": when the product is on loan to the customer. This status will be used as a reference for monitoring and calculating the valuation of loan stocks.
- Mark"accepted": when the product has been accepted and retained by your customer.
- Mark"refused": when the customer refuses your offer and the product is returned to you.
To manage your loan stock, notify your entries and exits via the links :
- Remove from stock
- Add to stock
The loan tracking table lets you view your outstanding loans by product, as well as the value represented by this stock outside the company.
