Scan your signature and sign your documents

Would you like to add your signature to accepted purchase orders to indicate your agreement?

Do your customers ask you to sign your invoices?

Do you want to systematically sign your commercial documents sent to your customers: quotes, invoices, delivery notes or work orders?

With the"Scanned Signature" app, link your signature to your profile, and automatically place your signature on your business documents.

Scan and upload your signature to your profile, and place it on the business documents you edit in the application.

By activating the"scanned signature" app, you can link your signature to your user profile, then affix it to your business documents.

To upload your signature to the application, go to the"Your profile" menu in the"You" tab.

In the Attachments block, add your signature.

  • Click on the "add a new file" button
  • In the " content" field, select"signature scan".
  • Select the filecorresponding to your signature
  • Download to save

To create a file with your signature, simply sign a piece of white paper, then scan this signature, selecting the recording format closest to the size of your signature (do not save your scan in A4 format). Save this file as a jpeg or png image on your computer.

To insert your signature on a document, check the box in the document settings: Sign the document with your scanned signature.

It will then be automatically added to your document.
