With the"Quotations" app, you can quickly calculate your profitability and prepare your quotations in just one click.
To create a new cipher, enter its name and click on Add.
A costing is made up of several lines, each with its own selling price (optional) and purchase cost (optional). You can enter each line as follows:
- By selecting a product from your catalog: its selling price and purchase cost are then displayed.
- By directly entering a sales price and a purchase cost, or just a sales price, or just a purchase price. If you have installed the multi-currency application, each entry can be made in the currency of your choice.
- By entering a sales price and a mark-up: the purchase cost will then be automatically calculated.
- By entering a purchase cost and a mark-up: the selling price will then be automatically calculated .
For each line, you can enter a unit, a quantity, and a multiple (which will be added to the quantity).
The last column shows the result of the line, i.e. the unit margin multiplied by the quantity and the multiple. At the bottom of the list, you'll see the total margin for your quotation.
