Create a new customer quotation in just one click, complete with item list and pre-filled sales conditions. Simply add the contact's name and address to send a quote to your customers in less than a minute.
Activating the app adds a new function allowing you to :
- create quotation templates
- manage your list of models.
- make a customer quotation from a model.
There are two ways to create a quotation template:
- From the "app home" page. Click on the"New quotation template" button. List your items, prices and quantities, and complete the parameters of your quotation. The quote title and subtitle will be the template's identifiers: make sure you fill in these fields correctly.
- From an existing quote. Turn an existing quote into a template! To do this, click on the "Create a template" link on a customer quotation you wish to transform into a template. A page appears with the title and subtitle of your template. Confirm the information to create your template.
You can then generate a new customer quote:
- From the list of models, using the "make a quote" links present on each model. Call up the customer's name to include their contact details in the quote.
- From a contact, a company or a business, by clicking on the "make a quotation" link. An intermediary page will be displayed to enable selection of the model and generation of the customer copy.
