With the"Web publishing" app, create a unique url for each of your documents and product sheets and send it to your contacts.
Send a link to a document or file to your contacts, online. They'll be able to consult your information on their mobile or on the web.
Activating the app adds a new block called "Share URL" to the cards in the menus:
- Documents
- Files
- Product catalog
- Time sheets / appointments
This url allows you to generate and transmit information to your contacts via a web link.
To create and share content, click on the "Share URL" block on the right of each page,
- Click on "Generate" to create a shortened URL
- Copy/paste this url into a message, and send it to your contact, who will be able to view it from his or her Web browser.
Sharing URL features
- It is suitable for web or mobile, and can be sent by e-mail or SMS.
- It doesn't require a password, so anyone can view it.
