The app enhances the product sheet by allowing different names, references, descriptions and units to be entered between the purchase and sales sheets for the same catalog item, to speed up the creation of your supplier orders.
Activating the app enables you to record different identification data on your product sheets for the same product purchased and resold.
For example, you can assign different purchase/sales data for the following items:
- Item name
- Reference
- Description
- Unit
Your sales documents then call up the items corresponding to their catalog facet. For example, if you place orders based on an accepted quotation, the "supplier" facets are included in the supplier purchase order.
Adding a product file to the catalog instantly creates its supplier facet.
