Adding logbook entries
There are two entry points for the logbook:
(i) On the dedicated page
Go to the "Steering" menu, then "Logbook", and a list of your previous entries will appear.
Click on the "New event" button, and a form will appear for your entry. Validate when you're done, and the entry is available!
(ii) On your discussions
In the "Notes" tab of your objects, from any comment, you can add an entry to the logbook: locate the corresponding icon on the right-hand side of the comment you're interested in, and click on it. The page for adding a new event to the logbook appears. Once completed, validate and the entry is available. The advantage of this second method is twofold: on the one hand, it's available everywhere in your conversations, but above all, it links the place from which you're commenting to the event in the logbook. And the link is displayed in the list of entries, enabling the viewer to click on it to go immediately to the page concerned. Provided they have the appropriate authorizations, of course.
Integrate the logbook into incwo Daily mail
In the app preferences, you can enable the logbook to be sent in the incwo Daily e-mail.
Once activated, the day's entries will be inserted into the incwo Daily of your collaborators who have access to the "Logbook" app.
