With the "Numbering sales documents by sales channel" app, customize the format of your quotation and invoice numbers according to the origin of the sale.
Use your quotation and invoice numbers to identify the sales channel for your products.
By activating the app, you can configure a numbering format for your sales documents such as quotes and invoices, for each of your e-commerce sales sites.
To configure a number format by channel, go to the app's "Home" page.
- Click on "edit".
- Check "customize" in the "invoice or quote" field, and your sales channels will be displayed.
- Enter the format for each of your online channels
- Record.
Any new orders or invoices related to your channel will then automatically carry the numbering format you have set.
