Rebilling of time spent

Would you like to easily convert your hours or half-days of missions or interventions, entered on your timesheets, into customer invoices?

With theRebilling of time spentapp!  

Mark your times "To be rebilled" and generate an invoice for the customer(s) concerned, corresponding to the value of your hours worked.

Set your hourly or half-day rate for fast invoicing! 

Activating theRebilling of time spentapp, you can bill your hours or half-days recorded on your timesheetsfiles, will be automatically deposited.

Activating this app adds :  

• When entering time on a timesheet, there is aTo be billedfield to indicate whether or notthe time is to be billed. If you select "yes", you will be asked to bill your customer.
• In the shortcut blockon the timesheets page, located in the team tab, you'll find a link calledre-invoice time spent, to access the list of times marked for re-invoicing and generate customer invoices.

Select the time list by customer and create your invoices!

Automatically rebill time when invoicing

If you activate the corresponding setting in the app's tab, then when transforming work orders (for example) into invoices, if times are attached to the work order, they will also be invoiced, and you will be able to enter a markup on the interface.

Automatically charge back time spent on support tickets

If you activate the corresponding setting in the app tab, then any time entered on a support ticket will automatically be marked "Refacturable".
