Installing this app adds a new "Responsible for follow-up" field to your commercial documents such as quotations, invoices, credit notes, supplier purchase orders or price requests, etc.
This field is used to select the name of a user member of the software involved in tracking the sales process.
When creating or modifying a sales document, you can assign the person responsible for follow-up, chosen from among the users in your account.
The person in charge of follow-up will be :
- Transferred from document to document on the sales or purchasing administration chain
- Available for Dashboard and Analytics queries
- Selectable in commercial document search filters
Settings
Go to the app's "Settings" tab to choose the documents on which to activate the "Responsible for follow-up" field.
