With the"Workgroup" app, manage thematic projects in a dedicated space, and share documents, notes and agenda with a group of collaborators.
On a workgroup, work on concepts, ideas, thematic files, customer projects, with a group of collaborators or people from outside the company.
A workgroup is a closed space, with its own agenda, notes and files, accessible only to those invited.
Installing the app gives you access to a new "Workgroup" module, accessible in the "Documents" tab, from the "Home" page of this app, but also, from the greyed-out banner displayed at the bottom of your screen.
Each subscription to the application allows you to create up to 50 workgroups, i.e. 50 working files on subjects, concepts, ideas, thematic dossiers or customer projects, with a selection of collaborators or people from outside the company.
When creating a new workgroup, enter the following information:
- Workgroup name : this information allows you to access your group list from your account home page, or from the "workgroup" menu at the bottom of the page.
- Group objective: to present the purpose of the group to anyone invited.
You can then invite members to join the workgroup. These may be internal members of your company who already have access to your management application, or external members such as customers, consultants or subcontractors with whom you are collaborating on a project. To invite members, go to the"members of this workgroup" menu.
Please note that the workgroup is a separate platform from your management application, and that inviting external members does not give them access to your management data. Only the information contained in the workgroup is accessible to them.
Finally, start working by adding notes, contacts and files according to your workgroup's purpose, to share and comment on information. You can also schedule team or external tasks and appointments to move your project forward.
