With the "Gestion des tournée" app, schedule your events, manage your speakers and find your tour agenda.
Plan your itinerant tour dates, involve your users as speakers, but also or vehicles. Optimize the management of time, human resources and equipment associated with your event.
Installing the app allows you to designate and name "tours", and then associate them with a series of events.
# Create your routes
A tour represents a list of events pairing participants and resources over a period of time.
To define your tour names and dates, go to the app's home page and add a tour.
Complete the form, specifying for each tour :
- Tour name
- Vintage / year
- First day
- Last day

# Associate an event with a tour
To plan events and link participants to a tour: create an event for a user of the application, either from the calendar, or from a contact, contract or business card, via the "Task & appointments" block.
Once the event has been registered :
- Modify it by clicking on its name
- Find the "tour" field
- Select the tour name associated with your event
- Register to validate information
You can also associate equipment or vehicles if you have fleet management apps.
# Consult the tour agenda
Several areas to access the details of your tour dates and find the resources and materials used.
- From the agenda, select the tour's agenda view in the "View agenda for" field.
