Install the Production Files app and organize your workflows.
This app adds a"Production folders" item to your application's Production menu.
A production folder is linked to a workflow, and contains tasks, notes and files attached to each workflow step.
Create a new folder
Create a new production file from a quotation, or from scratch.
The folder will use the active workflow, and will be composed of one page per step. Each step contains: tasks, notes and files, which may or may not be visible to each collaborator, depending on the permissions set on the workflow.
Change folder stage
Only authorized collaborators can move the production file from one stage to another, according to the authorizations set in the workflow. Each step change is recorded in the filehistory.
