This app provides access to your team's tasks in the form of a three-part table: to be scheduled, in progress and completed.
Drag tasks to rearrange them.
Directly change the person in charge of a task.
The three panels, to be programmed, in progress and completed, contain both tasks and events (appointments, interventions, etc.).
- To be programmed: contains unfinished tasks and recent events.
- In progress: contains tasks you are currently working on, as well as the day's events and appointments. Drag a task from To be scheduled to In progress to launch it. The In Progress panel contains the tasks your team is currently working on, plus the day's appointments. This gives you an overview of the work in progress at your company.
- Completed: contains recently completed tasks and past events.
Click on a person's name to assign a task to another person. It is not possible to drag an event.
Non-managerial users only have access to their tasks and events.
Each object in the application has its own scrumboard page: contacts, business, documents, etc.
