Once the app is installed, it adds :
- Data recorded and updated every night on your customer files (contacts and companies): income for the current year, income for year n-1, n-2, n-3, and the average of these 3 completed years.
- Selectable fields in Selections, Cards and Analytics
In Selections
The new data listed above are now available in the filter section.
This will enable you to create selections of your customers whose annual sales (the sales you generate with them) are between 100,000 and 250,000 euros. These selections can be used for mailings, geographical visualizations, etc.
In Cards
Filters on CA are also available in Cards, allowing you to organize and control your work according to these new filters.
In Analytics
Thanks to CA filters in Analytics, you have a new segmentation option for your stats and therefore for understanding your customers' behavior.
Please note that once the app is installed, the aggregated data will not be available until the following day (the calculation is updated every night).
