No more importing bank statements: connect your bank directly to incwo!
With the "Automatic Bank Imports" app, automate the transfer of your bank statements from over 215 banks.
Automatically integrate any new debit or credit transaction on your bank account into your management. Check and reconcile transactions with your purchases and invoices in just one click.
Activating the app gives you access to the Powens service (formerly Budget Insight), experts in the aggregation and processing of banking data.
This app lets you :
- connect the management application to your bank accounts
- retrieve transactions from your bank statement via automatic daily import
- reconcile bank entries with invoices, purchases, receipts and disbursements in the application
1. Connect your bank accounts
Go to the app's "Home" page or to the "Finance & Admin" menu, then "Bank accounts" and "Auto statement import" to connect your bank account.
Click on "Enable bank statement import" and the bank account login page appears.
- Select your bank
- Enter your login and password.
- Confirm
The application checks your data, and displays a list of your bank accounts
2. Share with incwo
From the list of bank accounts, select the one(s) you wish to connect to your management application.
Click on "share with incwo" to validate.
3. Link bank accounts in incwo
Once sharing is complete, set up the correspondence with your bank accounts in incwo.
A page displays a list of your shared bank accounts with, for each, a drop-down menu to select the name of the bank account in the application. Select and click on link.
A new link appears to show the imported operations.
4. Process bank transaction imports
Go to the "Statement assignment" page to reconcile entries.
Debit operations can then be attached to
- an existing purchase
- a new purchase
- a disbursement
- non-existent disbursement and miscellaneous operations
Credit transactions can then be attached to
- an existing invoice
- a new invoice
- one collection
- non-existent collections and miscellaneous transactions
You receive a daily email informing you of the number of new entries, and containing a link to the reconciliation page.
5. Number of synchronizable accounts
You can test the app during your free trial. After this period, you must take out a subscription. Here is the number of bank accounts that can be synchronized:
- Basic subscription: 2 accounts
- Plus subscription: 4 accounts
- i0 subscription: 6 accounts
- i1 subscription: 8 accounts
- i2 subscription: 10 accounts
- i3 subscription: 12 accounts
