Invoice synchronization with Tiime

Need to simplify the transmission of your invoices to your accounting system?

With the Tiime app, connect incwo to your Tiime account and automate the sending of your sales invoices?

Invoices issued from incwo are automatically integrated into Tiime, with no need for re-typing. Your customers are created if required, VAT amounts and rates are taken into account, and each dispatch is tracked via email notifications.

You save time, reduce the risk of errors and ensure real-time synchronization between your sales management and accounting systems.

Tiime is connected via a secure API and a secure OAuth2 configuration interface.

To activate the function, install the "Tiime - Invoice deposit" app from the incwo store, and simplify your company's accounting and administrative management.

Once installed, go to "Tiime" to establish the connection.

**Prerequisites:**
- Have an active Tiime account
- Have administrative rights to your incwo folder
- Activate the app in the incwo App Store

1. Configuration steps 

 1.1 Installing the app
- Go to the App Store in your incwo folder
- Search for "Tiime - Invoice deposit"
- Click on "Install" to activate the app

1.2 OAuth connection with Tiime
- Go to `Parameters > Integrations > Tiime`
- Click on "Connect to Tiime"
- You will be redirected to Tiime to authorize access
- Accept the requested permissions
- You will automatically be redirected to incwo

1. 3 Checking the configuration
- Check that your Tiime "company_id" has been automatically retrieved
- Perform a test deposit from a "test" sales invoice to validate the synchronization.

2. Daily use

2.1 Submitting an invoice

The application adds a Tiime deposit link to all your sales invoices.

# From the invoice list
- Go to "Sales" > "Invoices"
- Select the invoice to deposit
- Click on the "Deposit on Tiime" button
- Confirm the operation

# From the details of an invoice
- Open the invoice in question
- In the invoice's shortcut block, click on the "Deposit on Tiime" link in the "Action" zone
- Check the information displayed
- Confirm the deposit (Customers not yet present on Tiime are created automatically when the deposit is made). 

2.2 Deposit tracking

Each deposit is tracked and accompanied by an email notification:
-- "Synchronized": Deposit successful
-- "Error": Problem during deposit (see error email)

You can view the synchronization status directly on each invoice in incwo.
