Would you like to keep track of payments that have not been deposited in the bank so that you don't forget them?
With the "Manage payments in portfolio" app, you can save your incoming payments in a temporary portfolio for deferred banking.
The app lets you identify invoices or purchases for which bills of exchange (cheques, drafts or cash) are in your possession or have been issued, but have not yet been deposited in the bank.
Installing the app lets you define a list of pending payment portfolios and assign movements to them.
Go to the app's home page to configure portfolio names.
Once this setting has been made, go to the list of your next transactions (menu "Next incoming payments" or "Next outgoing payments").
In the movement list :
- Attach the movement to a wallet
- From the drop-down list of configured portfolios, select the group name to which the payment should be attached.
Then, when you make the actual incoming or outgoing payment on the new incoming/outgoing payments page
- The search block is used to find transactions recorded in the portfolio.
- The list of cash receipts or disbursements allows you to enter the payment in a cheque remittance, an LCR remittance list, a cash deposit or a bank transfer list.
This discount can be modified
In the third-party ledger, the next incoming/outgoing payments in the portfolio are displayed, indicating in the "notes" column the name of the portfolio in which the payment is present.
