By activating the"Expense accounts and fixed assets" app, you can :
- Create your own list of class 6 and 2 accounts used in your business
- Tie your expense and fixed asset accounts to your expenses
- Export your purchases in "accounting" format, with your own chart of accounts codes.
This app replaces the standard classification proposed by the application for the definition of financial categories. Thus, by installing this app, your expense accounts will be used.
To create your expense accounting codes, after activating the app, go to the app's Home page, and add each of your accounting accounts.
- Enter account name
- Enter your accounting number
- Confirm to add
Create as many accounts as you need for your accountant to process your purchase data.
This list of accounts will then be displayed on your purchases. When adding a new purchase, in the "financial categories" field, you can select and attach the accounting account corresponding to your expense.
