Activating the app adds a new menu,"Edit annual certificates", in the shortcut block of the"Invoices" menu.
From this menu :
- Find the list of invoiced customers and the amounts invoiced
- Print the tax certificate
To work and edit your documents in compliance, you must first have entered your approval number in your "company data" and the name and/or code of the person working on your invoiced products.
In your company data, you must therefore enter:
- In the " Business sector" field: personal services
- In the "Type of approval" field: personal services
- Then enter the" Approvalreference ".
This setting of your company data automatically adds a specific field called "Intervenant" to the invoiced products block, allowing you to indicate the code or name of the intervener who will be used for annual certificates.
