Use the "Recurring sales" app to track the recurrence rate of your sales.
Access a dashboard showing the rate of repeat sales to your customers: monthly rate, and cumulative rate.
Activating the"Recurring sales" app, adds a new"recurrence analysis" menu, in the"dashboard" tab.
When each invoice is created, the application automatically identifies whether it's a new customer or one you've already invoiced.
The "recurrence analysis" table provides you with the following information:
- Number of invoices: the number of invoices issued during the month
- Invoices with existing customers: the number of invoices for the month attached to a customer who has already been invoiced.
- Monthly % of recurring sales: the percentage of invoices for the month made to existing customers
- Cumulative % of recurring sales: the percentage of invoices issued to existing customers, since the start of business.
It enables you to measure the proportion of invoicing carried out each month and cumulatively on the company's current customers, and to take decisions to improve your prospecting or loyalty efforts, in order to ensure the balance of your sales portfolio.
