Access time

  • Training requests are scheduled within 7 working days of presentation of proof of payment for distance learning orders.
  • Training requests are scheduled within 15 working days of presentation of proof of payment of the customer order, or of reimbursement by the OPCO for on-site training.

If you are an employee

Your contact: OPCO or your management.

If you've been an employee for more than a year and would like to develop your skills, you can finance your training as part of your company's Training Plan.

Your request should be addressed to your line manager or your training department. 

 

If you are a private individual

If your status does not allow for any financial assistance, you must finance the entire training program yourself.

* Our training courses require access to the incwo application, so it is essential to be able to connect to it and to have the necessary authorizations to access the module on which training is planned. The software application administrator must therefore ensure that the necessary rights are given to the users being trained.
Finally, in order to provide the training, you must have a sufficient Wi-Fi connection. The GotoMeeting and Zoom platforms consume very little bandwidth, and the average page size is less than 300 Kb.

** In the case of distance learning, the client company must have a room with a computer capable of running GoToMeeting or Zoom online conferencing and meeting software on an Internet browser compatible with : Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome, in their most recent version. Screen resolution: 1024*768 minimum.

*** In the case of on-site training, travel expenses will be incurred. The company systematically uses the most economical means of transport, unless another means of transport proves to be more efficient in terms of time spent travelling.Reimbursements are made on presentation of receipts
In mainland France:
- For accommodation Maximum rate for one night: €130
- For meals: Maximum rate for breakfast: €15; Maximum rate for a meal: €25, i.e. a maximum of €65 for meals
- For transport: Mileage according to the Official Journal scale, 1st Class Train; Economy Class Plane.
