Do you buy and sell products in different currencies? Would you like to place your supplier orders and edit your invoices without having to convert them?
With the"Multi-currency buying and selling" app, select your selling and buying prices in their respective currencies for each product.
Activating the app adds an interface for choosing one of 150 currencies in :
- Your documents (quotes, invoices, supplier purchase orders, etc.).
- Each line of your documents: for documents published in a currency other than your main currency, for each line you can enter the amounts in your main currency, or in that of the document.
- Your product catalog: here you choose your purchasing currency and your selling currency. The gross margin for each product will be calculated taking into account the exchange rate.
The app also allows you to view the correspondence of the various values in your main currency at any time: the amounts will be converted, and thus standardized in your global statistics.
When you convert a quotation into a supplier order, each order will be issued directly in the currency corresponding to your purchase price.
