Do you produce supplier purchase orders for several customer projects? Do you want the corresponding purchases to have an impact on the profitability of each deal?
Would you like to assign a business to each supplier order line, so as to have the necessary analytical finesse? Do you want the deals assigned to the quote lines to follow when you "Place supplier orders"?
With the "Business on product lines" app, fine-tune the profitability of your multi-business supplier orders.
Activating the app adds new elements to the application:
- A new field on product lines in sales documents for selecting one case per line
- An option to "Use the deals assigned to each line" when creating your purchases from "Supplier purchase orders".
- New columns in Purchasing(ComptablePlus) and Invoicing(ComptablePlus) data exports. 2 additional columns have been integrated into these exports, containing the list of entries by product line excluding VAT: "case name" and "case ID". case name" and "case ID".
Once the app is installed, go to the "app settings" tab to define :
- On which documents to select a case in the product lines
- How it works when a quote is transformed into a supplier purchase order: specify whether the action transfers the business to the lines or not.
- When you "Create purchases" from your supplier purchase orders, if you choose the option "Use cases assigned to each line" several purchases will be created, respectively impacting the profitability of the cases concerned.
