This app helps you better understand your sales successes and failures, so you can capitalize on them and identify new opportunities for growth! Reference the sources of sales rejection, and compare their weighting in your management to take corrective action.

The app adds a business failure category management module that lets you 

  • Create reasons for refusal to sell
  • Assign reasons for refusal to your business
  • Use the Analytics function to generate a report analyzing the reasons for refusal.

To assign a reason for failure to a case: the case must be marked: "Lost".

Selecting this criterion then displays a new information line "Category of business failure", allowing you to enter the reason.

This field is only available when the "Lost" status is selected.
