With the "Daily task analysis" app, view the number of tasks created or completed by each user per day.
This new dashboard displays, for each application user, the number of tasks processed for a given day, sorted by task type.
Activating the app adds to your management an analysis table for tracking tasks in your application.
Thedaily task analysis table shows the number of tasks created or completed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. :
- For each application user
- For all users
A selection according to task status is proposed:
- New tasks
- Completed tasks
The result is displayed by task type. It is based on the classification of tasks by category:
- If the "Event and task categories" app is activated, your ranking is taken into account.
- If the app is not activated, tasks are sorted according to the description given to them by the application (call, send a letter, follow-up, arrange an appointment, etc.).
