Sorting contacts

Looking for an extra level of classification for your contacts and companies?

Would you like to customize your contact types to suit your business?

With theSorting contactsapp to create your own contact categoriesfiles, will be automatically deposited. 

Add new types to qualify and list your contacts and companies.

Then select them in your contact and company files.

Activating theSorting contactsapp allows you to :

• Add new categories to classify your contacts.
• Attach a contact/company to your category
• Search for contacts/companies by category

To define your sorting categories, go to the "Home" page of the"Contacts Sorting" App.

On this page, add as many categories as you like.  

To add a new classification status to your contacts/companies :  

• Give it a name of
• Associate the color of your choice, by clicking on the small box in the "Color" field. Select your color from the palette.
• Register

Activating the "Contact Ranking" app adds a new "Ranking" field to your contacts/companies, with a drop-down menu of categories to select from.
