Filing documents

File your letters, contracts, document templates, etc.

Need to classify your documents by type? Want to create categories to sort your documents more easily?

With the"Document Filing" app, create your own categories for filing letters, contracts, document templates and more.

Activating the app allows you to : 

  • Add categories to create a classification level for your documents.
  • Link each document or document template to a category.
  • Tag document type in list mode
  • Search for documents by type.

To define your rating categories, go to the App's "Home" page.

On this page, add as many categories as you like.  

To add a new filing status :  

  • Give it a name
  • Register

Activating the "Document Filing" app adds a new "Filing" field to your documents or document templates, with a drop-down menu of categories to select from.
