You'd like to number your cases to better identify, classify or search them.
Use the app,"Case numbering" to assign an automatic identification number to your cases.
Configure the format of this number; it will be applied and automatically generated for each new case added.
Activating the " Business Numbering" app enables you to add an ID number to your business cases.
Once the app has been activated, you can dial the format of your numbering, as you can now do on invoices. To do this, go to the app's "Home" page.
Select the data association you want.
- Number of digits for the index: 3, 4 or 5 digits
- Temporal identifiers, if you want to display the year, month and day in your issue.
Confirm, and your new cases will be automatically numbered.
