Do you manage large production volumes and want to view a weekly production schedule?
With the "Production order schedule" app, track production quantities by product category by week.
Simplify your production staff's view of the items to be produced, giving them a week-by-week production schedule, with a breakdown of the quantities of goods to be produced by category.
Installing the app enables you to view the production schedule based on production orders written and their scheduled production dates.
The data used to display this table :
- The product category of your production orders
- The number of products for each production order in their category
- The production date scheduled on the production order, indicated in the "Scheduled date" field.
The app allows you to search and display the view of productions to be made according to :
1. Production period
- Current week
- Week+1
- Week+2
- Week+3
- next 4 weeks
- next 8 rolling weeks
You can view production forecasts for 4, 8 or 16 weeks in advance, by product category.
The week is calculated according to the dispatch date indicated on the production order.
2. Product category
These are the product categories created in the application to classify your products and services.
- If no category is selected in the search filters, then the result shows all upcoming productions for the period for all product categories.
- If a category is selected, the result at displays the production for this selection.
3. The status of the production order
- In redaction
- To be produced
- In production
- Cancelled
- Completed
This module requires activation of the "Production Order" app, with setting of the display of the scheduled date on which the data are based.
