What is Google Drive?
Google Drive is an online storage service for documents, photos and videos, accessible on all your computers, phones and from the Google Drive website.
How do I use the Google Drive app?
Activate the Google Drive app, then click on the yellow "Home" button.
You can now configure your Google Drive account and synchronize it with your management application.
There are three types of settings:
- Manual: this setting lets you choose Google Drive folders to which you can drop the files of your choice with a single click. Perfect for sharing documents with customers. A small Google Drive icon will be displayed next to each file in your online application. Click on it to choose the Manual folder on which to drop the file.
- Automatic Global : this setting allows you to designate a Google Drive folder to which all files uploaded to your application by you or your collaborators will be automatically deposited. Files attached to invoices or other documents will be filed in the corresponding folders. Documents and files marked Personal are not saved to Google Drive.
- Automatic Personal: this setting lets you designate a Google Drive folder to which all files you add to the online application, including personal files, will be automatically deposited.
