With the"order confirmation templates" app, generate your documents fast!
Compose a list of templates to create a new order confirmation in just one click, complete with item list and pre-filled sales conditions. Simply add the contact's name and address to send a document to your customers in less than a minute.
Activating the app adds a new function allowing you to :
- create order confirmation templates
- manage your list of order confirmation templates
- make a customer order confirmation from a template.
There are two ways to create a template:
- From the "app home" page. Click on the "New order confirmation template" button. List your items and quantities, and complete the parameters of your document. The voucher's title and subtitle will be the template's identifiers: make sure you fill in these fields correctly.
- From an existing document. Turn an existing voucher into a template! To do this, click on the "Create template" link on a customer document you wish to transform into a voucher. A page appears with the title and subtitle of your template. Confirm the information to create your template.
You can then generate a new order confirmation:
- From the model list, use the "make an order confirmation" links on each model. Then call up the customer's name to integrate their details into the voucher.
- From a contact, a company or a business, by clicking on the "Make an order confirmation" link. An intermediary page will be displayed to enable selection of the model and generation of the customer copy.
