Would you like to add special discounts to your quotes and invoices? Do you run sales campaigns using promo codes?
With the "Multiple discounts on quotations and invoices" app, create your own discount categories, and display them on your sales documents.
For each new discount, enter its value in % or value in your sales documents, and find this detailed information in the PDFs.
Installing the "Multiple Discounts" App allows you to :
- Create your own discount categories
- Display discount type lines in the "Miscellaneous" block of sales documents
- Apply a discount in % or in euros for each type of discount
- Display the discount name and value on your quotes and invoices
To define your discount categories, go to the App's "Home" page.
On this page, add as many categories as you like.
- Give your discount category a name
- Register
Activate the "Multiple Discounts" App, and add as many new fields as discounts in the "Miscellaneous" block of your sales documents.
- Enter the value of your discount in % or euros
- Click on "save and recalculate".
The discount is included in the invoice total and displayed on your PDFs.
If you need to apply several discount categories to the same customer, it's possible!
To do this, complete each discount category line corresponding to the offer you wish to make.
- Each discount amount is calculated on the total non-discounted value of the sale (= sum of product lines before tax).
- Discounts are cumulative and are deducted from the Total before tax.
