You want to force late payment penalties to be applied by default to all invoices issued by you or your colleagues.
Use the "Mandatory late payment penalties" app to enforce the display of late payment penalties.
No more oversights: all your invoices will include the legal information on penalty rates as well as the fixed penalty of €40 due from the first day of late payment.
The addition of this app forces the selection of legal information on late payment penalties on your quotes and invoices.
In the parameters of your estimates or invoices, the following information is selected by default:
- Display a penalty rate of 12% per year
- Display the flat-rate penalty of €40 due from the first day of delay (Article D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code).
This selection then displays on the PDFs of your documents the words: "Late payment penalties: In accordance with Articles L.441-3 to L.441-7 of the French Commercial Code, rate applied: 12.00% per annum. A fixed indemnity of 40
euros will be due as of right from the first day of late payment (Article D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code)."
Whichever collaborator adds a quote or invoice, this app applies the default late payment penalty settings.
