Are you looking for an overview of your merchandise shipment schedules, to organize your production?
With the "Preparation/shipping schedule" app, preview scheduled shipments by customer and by order, over the coming weeks.
Find out for each customer the number of open orders and their numbers, for the weeks in which shipment is scheduled, and obtain the total number of orders to be processed per week.
Installing the app enables you to view the schedule of planned shipments via the order preparation module.
This table enables you to list and control the"number of planned orders" per period for preparing shipments. The function is not to list the items ordered, which are already visible via the delivery tracking module.
The "Preparation/shipping order timetable" app offers a new dashboard for tracking the week of goods shipment, by customer and sales order.
The data used to display this table :
- The expected dispatch date on the order preparation slip, indicated in the "Expected date" field.
- The order number, i.e. the one indicated in the "ref. customer order" field of the order preparation process
- The name of the customer indicated on the preparation order.
1. View shipments by period
The app allows you to filter the search for upcoming shipments by week or period.
You can view shipment forecasts for 4, 8 or 16 weeks in advance. The week is calculated according to the shipping date indicated on the order preparation form.
Example:
- week S51 (in progress)
- week S52 (in progress+1)
- week S01 (in progress+2)
- week S02 (in progress+3)
- see the next 4 weeks
- see the next 8 sliding weeks
- etc.
2. Fitrez by customer or order
The table enables you to refine your search for orders to be dispatched according to information other than the date, in order to organize your production and process your current customer orders.
The search can be carried out by
- Customer name linked to your "Preparation/shipping orders".
- Order number, i.e. "Preparation/shipping order" number
- Preparation/shipping orders" status: in preparation, to be prepared, ready, shipped, cancelled, completed
3. Total shipments
The table shows details by customer and order of the number of forthcoming shipments, positioned according to the weeks in which shipment is scheduled.
The number of orders to be shipped can be clicked, and links to the relevant orders are displayed for further details.
Depending on the period selected and the filter critieria, the table displays the results of planned shipments for the period, with the total number of orders to be shipped at the bottom of the table.
This module requires activation of the "Preparation/Shipping Vouchers" app, with setting of the display of the expected shipping date, on which the data is based.
