Are the products you distribute subject to legislation concerning the collection, treatment and recycling of waste?
Under these regulations, do you re-invoice your customers for eco-contribution or eco-participation?
With the Eco-participation app, set the value of the environmental contribution for each of your products, and display the mandatory eco-participation statement on your quotes and invoices.
For your furniture and furnishing products, or household electrical and electronic equipment, indicate on your product sheets the amount of the eco-participation included in the selling price of each item.
You'll then automatically find the words"Including eco-participation XX.XX €HT per product" in your quotes and invoices, and the calculation of the total eco-participation value per invoice.
Activating the app enables you to find the following elements on your application:
- A new field called"Of which eco-tax" on each product sheet, to enter the value of the environmental contribution of your items , excluding VAT.
- Display the words"Including eco-participation XX,XX €HT per product" on each invoiced product line and on the PDF printout of your sales documents.
- Display a line showing the total value of the eco-tax on your quotes and invoices, and on PDF printouts of your sales documents.
- A neweco-participation analysis dashboard, showing the eco-participation value per customer and per month.
The value to be entered in the"Including eco-tax" field is the amount of eco-tax to be passed on to your customer. This amount is transmitted and calculated by the product manufacturer.
Please note: this eco-participation amount must be taken into account in your customer price list, indicated in the "selling price" field. Entering the information in the "of which eco-tax" field does not add the value of the environmental contribution to the selling price. The eco-participation must be included in the selling price indicated on your product sheet.
To speed up the updating of your product catalog, you can import your items by adding an "Eco-participation" column to your catalog file.
