Do you use Google Contacts to manage your contacts?
Would you like to access your contacts on both Google and incwo?
With this app, you can synchronize Google Contacts and incwo
Activating the"Google Contacts" app adds a new type of import to your contacts import module, located in the "contacts" menu.
To connect Google Contacts to incwo, go to"Contacts" and click on the"import contacts" link in the shortcut block at the top left of the page. On the page that appears, choose"Google Contacts".
Log in to your Google account and give incwo access to your Google contacts. Once you have done this, click on the"Import" button to start importing your Google contacts into incwo.
Carry out an operation in the background
Three operations are available in the background: import, export and synchronization (which combines both operations). Choose one of these operations, it will be added to your account, and you will be directed to the operation history page. Make the settings of your choice, then click on"Activate" to activate the operation in the background. The operation will be performed several times a day, and you'll receive an email report. Click on "Activate once only" if you wish to perform the operation only once.
Import from Google
Importing contacts from Google adds contacts to your incwo account. Existing contacts are not re-imported, just added to if necessary. New contacts imported from Google are added to a new contact list named "Google" on incwo.
Export to Google
To export contacts to Google, you can select a list of contacts if you wish: only the contacts in this list will be exported to Google. On Google, they will be placed in an incwo list. If the contacts already exist on Google, they will be created anew.
Synchronization to and from Google
This operation performs an import, then an export.
