Would you like to create price variations for your products?
Use the"Price grids" app to manage new price categories on product sheets.
Compose your price grids according to your customer targets.
Then simply create a quote or invoice by calling up the pricing type. Manage reseller, distributor or subsidiary prices, for example, and apply them automatically to your sales documents.
Activating the app gives you access to a page for configuring your fare types.
On the app's"Home" page, add your pricing grids: reseller, distributor, subsidiary, general public, etc.
Then go to your product sheets in the"negotiated customer rates" block to enter the rates.
- Select the name of the pricing plan from the "pricing plan" drop-down menu.
- Enter the item's unit price excluding VAT for this type of pricing, and the quantity for the price.
- Confirm
Appliquez ensuite une tarification sur vos documents ou vos clients :
- Soit sur une fiche Contact ou Société, le champ "Tarification" vous permet de sélectionner la grille tarifaire à appliquer à un client. Lors de la création des documents commerciaux de ce client, les produits appelés seront autoùmatiquement au tarif de grille associée.
- Soit lors de l'édition d'un devis ou d'une facture, dans le champ "Tarification", sélectionnez la grille de tarif à appliquer au client. Les produits appelés dans votre document commercial seront automatiquement proposés au prix de la tarification sélectionnée.
