Compose your price grids according to your customer targets.

Then simply create a quote or invoice by calling up the pricing type. Manage reseller, distributor or subsidiary prices, for example, and apply them automatically to your sales documents.

Activating the app gives you access to a page for configuring your fare types.

On the app'sHomepage, add your pricing grids : reseller, distributor, subsidiary, general public, etc.

Then go to your product sheets in thenegotiated customer ratesblock to enter the rates.

• Select the name of on the pricing planfrom the "pricing plan" drop-down menu.
• Enter the unit price excluding VAT for this type of pricing, and the quantity for the price.
• Confirm

Then apply a price list to your documents or your customers: 

• Either on a Contact or Company record, the "Pricing" field lets you select the price list to apply to a customer. When creating sales documents for this customer, the products added are automatically priced at the associated price list.
• Or when editing a quote or an invoice, in the "Pricing" field, select the price list to apply to the customer. The products added to your sales document are automatically offered at the selected price list.
