With the "Grouped entry of declined products" app, display detailed quantities by size or color, for the same item!
Enter your quotations, invoices or supplier purchase orders more quickly, with product variations.
Find in the grid, under the item name, the quantities of declined products sold.
Once this app is installed, you have :
- In each product file: the possibility of choosing a Declination for grouped entry
- In each sales document (quotation, invoice, supplier order): a grid for entering quantities for these products
Set up your products
Go to your products with variations, and modify them
Choose the Declination for grouped entry corresponding to the product: Size, Color, etc.
Caution: choose a variation that has no impact on the product's price.
Enter your quantities
In your commercial documents, such as quotations, invoices and supplier orders, you will be offered a quantity entry grid for each product with a declination for grouped entry.
Example: for shoes, if you have chosen "size" as the declination for grouped entry, and you have sizes from 28 to 42, you can enter the quantities for each size in a grid.
Validate each line and the quantity will be automatically calculated as the sum of the quantities for each size.
Print your documents
On the PDF printout of your sales documents, you'll notice that the quantities are displayed compactly in each line, in addition to the total quantity.
App settings
Depending on your declinations (short or long names of declinations, and small or large number of declinations), you may prefer an online or vertical presentation of your quantities on the PDF. To make this choice, go to the preferences tab in the app.
