Once this app is installed on your incwo cloud software, you'll need the "incwo POS" app available for iPad from the Apple store.
Selecting third parties to send to the tablet
This app uses the "Contact lists" app: to send a list to the tablet, go to this list, edit it, and in "Customer file exported to till" select the till that will receive the customer file.
All third-party members of the selected list will be sent to the tablet.
Your contact lists can be organized into "rounds" to match your field visits.
Data displayed on the tablet
For each third party sent to the tablet, you have the following information organized in tabs:
- History tab: displays products ordered by this customer over the last 12 months, month by month and in total. Clicking on a quantity adds the product to the current ticket or order, with any discount you are applying for this customer.
- Notes tab: includes all notes attached to the customer file in the backoffice. You can add a note and it will be uploaded immediately or as soon as the network is available.
- Appointment tab: displays comments on the appointment in the salesperson's backoffice calendar. Add a comment and it will be uploaded immediately or as soon as the network is available. If necessary, an appointment will be added to the backoffice at the round time of the note entry date.
- Stats tab: displays the customer's sales stats over the last 12 months, and any unpaid invoices. If you have the "Segmentation of customers by annual purchases" app, this tab also displays the customer's sales history for each past fiscal year.
Accessing data on the tablet
Once the settings have been made on the BO and your tablet synchronized, a "Folders" tab appears in the menu bar. Click on it, and you'll be able to select the contact list, then the desired contact.
