Create your programs, define earnings and acquisition conditions, generate your loyalty cards, and track earnings to reward your customers.
Activating the app allows you to :
- Create loyalty programs and define application conditions
- Open loyalty cards for contacts and companies
- Manage the acquisition of earnings on your customers' loyalty accounts.
1. Creation of Loyalty Programs
Go to the app's home page to design your own loyalty programs.
Click on "+ program" and complete the form.
- Name your program
- Define the program type. A drop-down menu allows you to define the gain formula
- A euro purchased generates T Points = Point per amount spent with decimal for point calculation
- One euro purchased generates T Points (integer) = Points per amount spent, rounded up to the nearest integer for point calculation.
- One euro purchased generates T Euros = Monetary value acquired per amount spent with decimal point for point calculation
- One euro purchased generates T Euros (integer) = Monetary value acquired per amount spent, rounded up to the nearest integer for point calculation.
- An invoice generates T Points = Points per checkout (ticket or invoice).
- An invoice generates T Euros = monetary value acquired by passing through the cash desk
- Indicate the value of the "T" factor to enable calculation of earnings, whether in euros or points, on tickets and invoices
- Specify the optional conditions for application of the program, e.g. :
- Minimum amount incl. VAT to earn loyalty points
- Minimum number of item lines to earn loyalty points
- Minimum number of products billed to earn loyalty points

2. Opening loyalty cards
Creating a virtual loyalty card is mandatory to associate a customer with a program.
Without a loyalty card and associated program, a customer will not be able to acquire or redeem his or her winnings at the checkout.
To create a virtual loyalty card,
- Go to the loyalty program and click on "+ card".
- Search for the third party, select its name
- Activate the map
- Click on "create
A loyalty account number is automatically generated for each of your customers associated with a loyalty program.
A new tab has been added to the third-party sheet, allowing you to track
- Associated loyalty program(s)
- Loyalty point balance by program
- LOGS loyalty account history (traceability, date, and object on which points are acquired/consumed)
3. Acquisition of cash earnings
Customer loyalty management requires version 5.1.4 and higher of the incwo POS cash register app on iPad.
To track a customer's loyalty account at checkout, and redeem their cash earnings at checkout, you need to :
- Create a new ticket
- Click on the customer tab
- Search for customer by first name, last name, company, etc.
- Click on the "Associate" link to link the third party to the ticket
- Cashing tickets
The monetary value or the points acquired by the checkout will then be visible on your loyalty account.
To view a third party's loyalty account on the Caisse, once the customer has been selected, click on the "FID" tab, a page will appear showing the points acquisition history.
4. Payment by loyalty gains at checkout
Activating the "Loyalty Program" app adds a new customer payment mode to the incwo POS.
When you click on "PAY" to cash in your customer, a new button "FIDELITY ACCOUNT" is displayed.
It shows the value of the amount available in the loyalty account of the third party linked to the ticket.
This amount can be used to pay for all or part of the customer's ticket.
The amount used is then deducted from the customer loyalty counter.
The ticket on which payment is made using the loyalty account does not constitute an additional source of gain for the customer's loyalty program. It only applies the benefit of the payment method.
