Once this app is installed, incwo provides you with the following features:
- An activation setting
- A function for sending orders to checkouts
- Management functions on the incwo POS cash register application
Activate checkouts
To add click-and-collect to a checkout, go to the checkout and click on "Modify". In the "click-and-collect" section, select "yes" and validate.
Select the types of documents concerned
Go to the app's "Settings" tab and activate the documents you want to be able to send to the tills. Quotes, purchase orders, etc.
Send an order to a cash register
Go to a sales document with click-and-collect, and you'll see a dedicated section displaying the tills for which click-and-collect is active. Click on a till to send it the document, which will arrive within a minute if the till is connected to the network.
Receiving and processing an order on a cash register
In the "Tickets" tab, an order section appears. When an order arrives, a badge indicates it, and the order is displayed in the tab when you open it.
Click on the order, its contents are displayed, and from then on it is equivalent to a ticket in progress. You can modify it, validate it, etc.
Click on the "Collect" button on your POS: this displays a page with an Accept / Reject choice and a comment entry. When you confirm your choice, the document creator in the backoffice is informed by e-mail whether the order has been accepted or rejected.
