Installing the app activates a settings panel for Stripe (www.stripe.com)
1. Configure incwo for Stripe
You must have a Stripe account. Go to the "API" section and choose an existing key or create a new one. This key is made up of a "public" part (pk_xxx) and a "secret" part (sk_xxx).
Armed with these two keys, go to the home page of this app on incwo to adjust your settings: click on "modify" then in the "Stripe" section enter the public key, the secret key, and possibly a maximum amount accepted for payments.
2. Activate online payment
Online payment is made via incwo.me. To activate it, go to "Configuration", then "incwo.me portal". Enable online payment reception, and select a person to notify each time a payment is made.
3. Get payment link
Now go to an invoice. In the "Payment deadlines" section, click on the "Payment link" link. Send this link to your customer, it works on computer and mobile.
4. Notification
Once payment has been made, if you have activated the setting, a conversation will be opened between the user selected in #2 and the customer who has just paid. The user will receive a notification with a link to this conversation: with a single click, he or she can reply and send a thank-you to the customer, or send him or her information about the order.
